Lamia is an award winning belly dancer, actress and fire performer. Her introduction to movement and performance was through ballet, jazz, tap and theatre. Later on she found the enchanting art form of belly dance and continues to perform traditional and theatrical (fire, metal, fusion) styles.

As a founding member of a side show troupe, props with an element of danger became one of her specialties. 

Lamia's love for belly dance has led her to study many genres with top artists locally and internationally. She is based in the DFW area and performs at private and social events in the United States and instructs workshops and weekly classes.
